Attention all performers! Please follow the schedule below for SATURDAY, JULY 10, 2010:
- 9AM: Call time for all INTRO/FINALE dancers. Performer’s entrance (97 st) opens @ 9am. Please remember to pay for parking or you will be towed.
- 9:00-11:00am: Rehearsal of Intro/Finale in Rehearsal Hall.
- 11:00AM-12:30PM: Intro/Finale dancers only rehearse on stage
- 12:30-1:00PM: Lunch (small snacks will be available, however we recommend you pack a lunch & dinner for the day)
- 1:00-4:30PM: DRESS REHEARSAL: all performers – in costume – on stage ready to dance
- 4:30-6PM: Dinner
- 6:00-7:00PM: Costume & Makeup
- 7:00PM: SHOW TIME!
Can we watch the show after we are done dancing?
Correction: YES…as long as you have a ticket! All intro/Finale dancers who sold their pre-required 5 tickets should have received a 6th free ticket which can be used by the performer. If you have not yet purchased a ticket, you may do so via the Winspear box office. Please sit in the seat that is reserved with your ticket. There are no pre-arranged sections or seats for just performers this year.
